Example:
Suppose you borrow $10,000 at an annual interest rate of 5% for 5 years.
Loan amount (PPP): $10,000
Annual interest rate: 5%
Monthly interest rate (rrr): 0.05 / 12 = 0.004167
Loan term: 5 years
Total number of payments (nnn): 5 times 12 = 60
